Well, there is, if you look at the Reputation meter, At the bottom of each member, there is a yellow face, you can give or take rep there. I will show you.

Why would it? Only staff can give out warnings.

If you get a warning, your rep doesnt go down, but once you reach 30 points you are banned from the site for 5 days.

what does green mean?
What other colors are there apart from green?
Is each warning is equal to 1 point or 2 points???
