My Apologies

I'm apologizing publicly for the unecessary post I directed towards a member of this forum. The post was made public for others to view, so should my apologies. My post was immature, degrading and an act of stupidity. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, but I know it should have never happened. I absolutely understand all rules of this forum and I apologize to Arthiel, the staff of x10hosting and its community as a whole. This isn't something I need, nor is it something anyone else needs. Arthiel, I'm sorry for my immaturity and for any insults that may have affected you. This is a genuine apology and I can only hope you accept it as I would wish from the x10hosting community. This may scar my reputation but it's the price to pay. Hopefully others can learn from this situation and hopefully, they won't make the same mistake I did. Let me just say that you should resist the urge, no matter how strong it may be, to insult, degrade or hurt someone.

Starshine closed the other thread as I was replying, so I'll reply here.

First off, why did you not edit that other post to delete the insult before Arthiel read it? You wanted Arthiel to be insulted, then you apologized in front of us to make yourself look like the good guy. Next time you apologize for a post....delete it as well. Arthiel hadn't even read it yet.

Starshine: You have got to be kidding. Out of all the things this guy said to Arthiel, you scolded Arthiel? Arthiel was degrading in his post, but the forum rules do not say that he HAS to be a nice, sweet person. The forum rules do say no flaming, though, which is exactly what S.O.S. did. Saying "thanks for the generic response" is not "degrading" in the rule-breaking way. He did not insult anyone. He expressed his dislike for the comment. That is WITHIN THE RULES. Now Arthiel will read the post that the guy left no matter whether the guy wants to delete it or not. Very nice. Arthiel will be very happy about that one. If I hacked a guy right now for telling me that my Aquarius-Dragon drawing sucked, would you justify that? I think not. I sure hope that this post isn't thought of as "flaming" now :rant2:. I'm speaking my mind. LIKE ARTHIEL DID.
