I'd like to be uploaded in the dirctory: fssessions.x10hosting.com/apalbum

You can do that yourself.
By Cpanel ( www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and go to File Manager )
Or by ftp.
Consider reading this if you want trough ftp.

I tried uploading it with CuteFTP before even asking you but it came up with errors. I can't also upload it with the file manager.

I now understand, you have a slow Internet connection.
Maybe an admin or some other user can help you uploading that. (i have a slow connection too )

Sorry, we do not upload files for free users. You can try to find a member on the forums to do it for you.

Oh, ok i will do that for you. Just send me a PM with website, ftp user and pass. But maybe someone with a better connection can do that. Mine is 40kb/s .

I have somewhere between 50 and 60kb/s. Supposed to be 60kb/s, but there are others using the connection. Alas, I'm not in much better shape to help you unfortunately. Sorry!
