No, you don't get credits for the default ads that people click. But you get credits if you place referral ads on your page which redirect to x10Hosting.

In the top menu, click "x10" and then "Referral Center"

We dont get points. But referral, posting, donating/paying, and reputation we earn points/credit/s.
