Parkour

Has anyone heard about this sport? It started in France and is making its way over to the US. It is basically an art of moving from one place to another through the most efficient means possible. It made a big "debut" in the opening chase sequence in Casino Royale. All those amazing acrobatic movements that the guy being chased was performing were basic Parkour movements. I've recently gotten really excited about it and have started some basic training. I think I might turn my free webspace here into a Parkour training site as I develop farther. What do you guys think? Have you heard of this? Are there any other traceurs here?

Yes, I've seen videos of this, and I've done it before. It's really fun but hard to learn.
Casino Royale was a great movie by the way. :P
