Adsense as mentioned earlier is the best.
Widgetbucks is quite new but they give you $25 as sign up incentives.
Adbrites, have not really tried it yet but the integration isn't as seamless compared to Adsense
Yahoo YPN but it is restricted to USA and Canada.

CashCrate.com gives you money for doing surveys and signing up at different web sites. They give $8 for signing up and bidding on one item on ebay.

Ebates.com will give you $10 for signing up at their site (through that link) (till november 15th then it is only $5) you have to buy something from at least one of the many stores they list to get the $10 or $5). They give cash back for a small percent of your purchase. They list many different stores like staples.com, buy.com (%1 back) different ones give different amounts back

Most of the sites are scams, but you may want to look into surveys

isn't a lot of the surverys scams as well. i think i did a couple of long surveys only to be told that the offer wasn't valid in my area!

TreasureTrooper is a website with multiple surveys and that actually pays you. I already got some cash from them and if you go on the forums you'll can see proofs of that (or you can just PM me if you really don't trust it). I tried a few websites before I found this one which is very good.
