Google security issue like thing

I just want to tell an example of how stupid people can get. Maybe some1 of you know this that if you search for some special things on google you can actually see ALL live security webcams all over the world. I don't think I gonna tell it because I bet I will get banned for it. But why do this ppl don't simple do a robots.txt file so google can't index them??? It is nearly like the whole CIA database is on google. But it is fun to watch...

Edit: Oh my god!!!! I need to stop doing this! Accidentaly accessed an webcam in a toilet pffffff.

Ahh damn! Google has banned me . "we're sorry, but we have registered your computer as a malware program trying do illegal or automated searches" Buhuuuuuu, I can't use google :,(
