x10 Hosting's Unofficial IRC Help

Dear readers,

I myself and a few friends have started hosting our IRC Network, it was to begin with just something to have some fun on, but it has now become something more serious, in that we have an unofficial IRC Help channel for x10 hosting problems, we are looking for members to come and hang out on our network, and are looking for some help in designing a website for our network, we also are looking for anyone that knows how to use IRC and even for people that don't we would like them to come try out our help channel, and see what you think of it.

To connect to our IRC Network, download a IRC client such as mIRC: http://www.mirc.com

Then install it, and open it up, once you have it open, type /server globalplush.net
This will connect to the network globalplush.net

Once you are connected, you can join any channel by typing /join #channelname (e.g /join #welcome).

Our x10 help channel is called #x10help so if you want to join that, type /join #x10help

There are also many other channels avaliable, such as #scripting #welcome #chatz #help and #lobby.

Also you can create your own channels, if you need help doing this, ask us in #help.

For now there isn't many people on the network but we are looking to grow, and we will try our best to serve you well.
If this advertising or style of help isn't approved by x10 can an admin or moderator or account manager please lock this thread or something, or remove it... and please let me know.

Well Firstly i do not think using the x10 name without permission is a wise idea. I would suggest you talk to Corey before further advancing this IRC deal.

Yeah, and this is related to support....as you would have read... its stating a support channel, i also stated, if its in the wrong place then can someone please move it.

Yeah, i sent Corey and Bryon the same message about it, just waiting for a reply, also, yes, the chanel is already up.. but if they do not approve, i am willing to close it down.

Everything's setup now, except for a few tweaks there.

Corey, I personally belive this is a great idea, and will help out x10hosting in the present and the future!
