I have a paid hosting acc here but cant seem to find the "priority support forum", can anyone enlighten me on this?

Im not able to create a support ticket in the client area either.

I have the link for support ticket, the page comes up but where the content for the support ticket should be is blank.

Ive checked on 2 diff browers (opera & ie) & also a diff pc as well. I could take a screenshot if thatd help ya.
