You're not, you are correct. Unless you are the owner of said music, have written / legal permission to use said music, etc.

And we don't unsuspend requests in this section. There is a proper way to do it. Please take a moment to look that up.

There are already sites for listening to music, eg www.deezer.com, or if you're really stuck, see if it's on YouTube.
