I hope the appeal doesn't get through, to make it more work for the court system. He knows that he'll get a minimum of say, 30 years, no matter what, and by looking at his condition, I very highly doubt he'll get 15 in.

Yeah i know even though he is old and all he wont get the FULL sentence as ice said. He will probably not be here to suffer in a prison.
