    Unhappy Domain Name Taken! Wondering if anyone knows about this.

    Hi. I have been planning on buy this domain name that i want for a long time. It has been available forever! But now when i type it, it takes me to this website....but its not really a website. It just has ads and advertisments and when you go to another page its just page of similiar ads. God its one of those weird websites with just ads! Do you know how i can buy it back or something? Its www.wowreaper.com so you guys can see what i mean! does anyone know like who may have bought it and like what are the purpose of these websites.... like when you type http://www.wowreaper.com/supercalifr...xplialidotious it still goes to that page!

    Its one of those annoying placemarker thingies! I get really annoyed at these too they are just soo irrelevant! sometimes i think people do it just to annoy others! tons of these come up on google search aswell

    Hey darksideguy i got u some useful info! the domain will expire
    on: 2008-12-27 13:38:51 so ull have to wait till then to register sorry
    P.S i got this info from a reliable source (whois lookup)

    Yup, some a**hole has regged the domain, this has happened to me a few times. Don't ever check your wanted domain ever. Even happened to me when I used Lycos to check availability and someone regged it before I could and tried to charge me £2000 to get it lol
