    Hosts Before x10

    What other hosts did you use before using x10? I used to use *****, *******, ******, ********, and ******* and they all sucked!

    Before x10 I tried two other hosts, one only had HTML support but at least they had decent uptime, the other had a bad user interface which put me off.

    Let's see here, before x10 hosting...

    1: ******* Web hosting (from my ISP, that was just a starter site that I got space for free from DSL).

    2: Home Web Server (got business class DSL and rights on my account to run a server on port 80. This web server is still in operation, hosting some small sites for my friends. I took my site off because it needed a little more bandwidth than what I allowed to go through per IP, and the members were complaining about the slowness on large attachments, I limited everyone at 16KB/s of download per connection).

    3: Reseller space provided by *********** (the host, *****.net the site was on closed their doors, so A.L. moved and the site is empty. The future of the site lies on my forum and what the discussion thread for the site is in there).

    4: x10.

    I also have a pretty long list, not worth mentioning,
    x10 owns.
    What other hosts has PHP, MySQL, C-Panel, Cron, Perl/CGI, 1gig of space or more, FTP, Great server updates/forum staffs and .htaccess?

    I think ******* then i went to x10.. It was a few years ago.
