Account Creation

I just tried creating a hosting account a red box came up with the message that account creation has been suspended pending upgrades.
A) any idea when accounts will be created?
B) I then end up on the 'link to forum' page, it says my account does not exist, yet I end up on another page that says I have an account use it!
Any idea when this is going to be resolved?
