I don't know about Flash CS3 itself, but actionscript 3 looks really fancy.

I never had any problems with Flash CS3. However, if you get it for the sake of ActionScript 3, be prepared to feel like you're learning a new language - I didn't know it was possible to change a language so much and still be able to call it by the same name.

Yes the new CS3 layout is nice and a much faster workflow. I started doing Action Script since version 4 and its been consistent till MX. But like Hazirak said in CS3 its so different. It is like learning a whole newlanguage . I'm on a learn it as I need it thing now.

I have Adobe Flash CS3 Installed on my computer but i do not know how to use it... :P

I'll have to try it sometime (my school installed Master Collection CS3 on the network recently), but I don't expect it to be too much different from before.
