I made some dynamic steam community signatures, you can find them here:

Clean data output from specific id:
http://www.ezakto.com.ar/steamcommunity/id/ + your steamid
And groups:
http://www.ezakto.com.ar/steamcommunity/groups/ + your group

I'm working on a custom design service, you can find it here:

It's half spanish:
"Introduce tu SteamID" = "Write your SteamID"
"Subir imagen" = "Upload image"
"Guardar" = "Save"
Just select an image file, and use the drag&drop system to setup the data.
