Status Labels

I noticed some status labels or messages below the usernames of other members like x10 Elder, x10 Somophore, x10 Lieutenant. Can anybody tell me how do we get promoted from x10 Member to these and what is their relevance.

By being active on the forums and making quality posts.

when you make 100 good post you will become x10 sophmore, when you made 250 you will become x10 Lieutenant.and so on........

also, if you become a staff member, you will be able to choose your own title

I dont know why people keep on asking this before searching the forum for it. Its already discussed

Sorry that I asked for an already discussed topic. Actually, sometimes it becomes difficult to extract information from through search feature. That's why people ask for it.
