I have a Domain(non X10hosting) but I want to use my site here for it but I can not find any Thing to put it in there. So I can view it by going to http://www.elektrocentrale.nl

You need to change the name servers to the following :-
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

It is asking for An IP adress... know what I should put there?

As in the previous post you need to set it to the x10 name servers and then use cpanel to park it or set it as your main domain in the x10hosting account management panel
Edit:
go to your cpanel and in the server stats section it will say shared ip address

when I try to add a Park domain I get this:

Error from park wrapper: elektrocentrale.nl is already configured.

That means it's already there, I think.

Well, When I check my Parked Domains I get to see this message:

Domain Domain Root Redirects to Actions
No Parked Domains are present

I think I know why it wont work, the Parked Domain is wrong I think... but I need someone to fix it because It tells me there is no parked domain >_<

Well it should work, if it doesn't then make a thread in the hosting support forum as that's where the admins usually go to help members, they wouldn't expect anyone who would post in the off topic forum to have a problem...
