Hi Is Over 4 Week My Staff Application Is Still Not Accepted Yet But The Application When I Submit Say It Will Let Us Know Two To Three Week Why So Long Not Reply I Go Apply Again cannot Ask Me To Be Patience........

Hello Shawn Yue, from what i know, if you are accepted as a staff member you will receive a personal message from a staff member stating you have become a member of the staff, but we are unable to let every user that doesn't make staff know they didn't get it. Otherwise this would take up a lot of time considering the amount of applications received. So we are sorry if we cannot answer all moderator applications, but we assure you that if you do make a staff position we will let you know.

Just like a real application for a real paying job, some people get hired, some do not. Most companies I have dealt with do not contact all the people that did not get picked.

If you were going to be picked, a message like this, where you are begging for help and begging for the staff to pick you, makes it a bit harder for them to want to pick you, over the other 100+ that applied and aren't begging for it. You have to show professionalism, knowledge of x10, williness to help others. You don't get hired just because you applied. If that was the case, we'd have 100s of moderators, and have to spend 3 times as long correcting mistakes of those that don't know what they are really doing, but just "wanted to be hired".

Be patient. Thats all I can say. Some applications are held for a while as the staff review the applicant.
