My Supension Trouble

Hello everyone. I have an x10 hosting site, and I never knew I had to put an index page on my server. My account was suspended because of this, and now I don't know when it will be unsespended. Please tell me how to handle this. NOTE: I don't want to pay any money for upsespending my account. Please let me know how to unsespend it so I can add an index page.
