    Suspended account - I can't re-open a closed thread

And secondly, you are able to reopen closed threads under Thread Tools at the top of the window.

If you want to follow this up, reopen this thread, otherwise, CLOSED.
Firstly, why would I be looking for link to unsuspend my account in the forums? I wasn't told to! I was just told to create a post, so that's what I did. I'm not a mind reader, if you want people to go to that thread then why don't you make a link to that thread on their home page where is says they're suspended? And why would I look in the "Free Hosting" support section? I was told just to "Start a thread". ONE MORE TIME I'LL SHOW YOU, here's is what I copied from the home page:
Your hosting account was suspended because:
    Hosting account suspended for inactivity.
    Automatic Unsuspension Set? No
To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.
I thought your script would detect that I started a thread and unsuspend me the same way your script keeps you unsuspended by knowing when you log in every 2 weeks. If it would have said just "To have your account unsuspended, go to the unsuspend account area on the forums" then I would have looked for that area.

Second, there is no link to open a closed thread under "Thread Tools" at the top of the window. Under "thread tools" it only offers "Show printable version" "Email this page" and "Unsubscribe from this thread", there is no "Reopen thread" option.

Third, your attitude is piss poor. I'm here just trying to follow the proper steps to unsuspend my account, steps that have not been made clear, and your treating me like ****. As I read all your posts it looks like your trying to make me look stupid, WHY? What did I do to you?

Well if there's one fault I could find with X10 (had to look for a while), it's that there are way too many separate places you have to log in. Want to upload a file, or manage your account? Cpanel of course! But wait, want to upgrade PHP? Go to the account panel. Want to chat? Forums are the place, but for support you must file a ticket with the separate ticket center. You don't get the answer for that ticket there, but a problem number you enter on IRC chat. I'm surprised it runs so smoothly, but this has never been a problem at all for me because I like forums .

I'll work on making the steps more clear to be unsuspended.

For the inactivity suspension you should have been able to unsuspend yourself, did it not give you the option?

What forum were you trying to re-open the thread in? That feature only works in the forums designated for support.

The last time my account was suspended I was able to unsuspend from the home page, this time it didn't have the option. No biggie, if I would have been informed better I would have never started a thread.

As far as what forum? I was not in the right forum, I went straight to here. As it said to unsuspend, start a thread. I didn't know what thread to start so I just came to off topic, figured I'd just chat.

I hang in a lot of other forums and like them also, it is a nice way to communicate. I used to hang in the IRC's a lot back in the 90's but it lost it's thrill as good servers got hard to find.

I see, okay. I'll have to check why it didn't let you unsuspend yourself. I'll also change the link from there to go directly to the unsuspension form.

    Has this matter been resolved?

If so, may we close this thread?
