how long can a site be under construction

im relatively new to posting here so i just wanted to ask a question

i am a site builder part time for work and am making a theme site for mybb

i was wondering how long x10 hosting allows a site to be UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

see i dedicate about 4-5 hours a week to theme construction

and i have placed a underconstruction sign for my site with proper x10 ad placement

please let me know if i have to move to another location

i do have a site up but im working on a new better skin before launch

If you have a page that says Under Construction or something like that, you are fine. We don't care how long your site is under construction.

yes my index.html does have content including a timer that says when the site was last updated

the only required thing is that you need to replace the default index.html file as soon as possible. It dosen't matter how long your site is under construction, provided you must login to this forum atleast once in two weeks....
