thanks,is there any charge for getting copyright?.

for example google is a registered company,x10 too a registered company(i believe so).
What are procedures for making my site 100% legal?

I'll dig around for the US Copyright information. Although having a business license may cover you enough to put the copyright symbol on your websites.

I thought whatever was posted online in the US was protected by copyright, and that is one reason why you can't post something from somebody else because you are saying that the work is yours and putting your copyright on the work. I thought that a copyright doesn't have to be registered because the work is yours, but if you want to file an infringement on the copyright, you have to register the copyright.

Other info on copyright can be found here -

So here is a question that usually gets forums running - Who owns the copyright on the posts?

Not quite. You can post whatever you want online - you just can't post it and then claim its your work. ( Thats why people / companies like you to put copyright information to say who owns what )
