    i'm no more down than usual, which is pretty down... as i'm always down

    When I got home, my dog jumped all over me and licked me.

    One of my mom's friend's had pneumonia, and i looked up some way to help her through herbal medicine, and If you get some mustard seeds, crush them up, add a little of water, and plaster it on your chest, it will help relieve your congestion. It worked great!
