Theres no reason you shouldnt be able to delete your own file, assuming you mean a file..

If you mean account, post in the delete/downgrade/upgrade forum with why.

Well usually you would have to log in to your cPanel - http://yoursite.com:2082 then delete files using the filemanager. You don't seem to have a hosting account linked to your forum accout but hopefully that answers your question.

I don’t even know why I can’t sign in my account anymore. I know my year paid plan isn’t over yet, I’ve tried several times and it still doesn’t work.

I'm not computer techy, so I don't know how it works. I moved to a new host, and my website isn't acting properly. I called my Internet provider and talked with my new hosting, and in order for my website to work properly, I need x10hosting to delete everything related to my domain. It had something to do with my dns/ips? I spent over two hours today trying to figure it out with my new hosting (not mentioning all the other days) in result I had to get my dns flush, was the assumption reason why my website shows up weird my on my computer. I spent another half an hour with my internet provider, flushing my dns and doing all this other stuff, which still didn’t work, is because I’m still connected on to x10hosting, when I should be connected to my new host? Sorry if I make no sense whatsoever.

From what I can see you no longer have a cpanel account attached to your forum account, this probably means that your account has been deleted. If you want somebody with the permissions to check that it has worked correctly then please post in the free hosting forum, if you do that then you could put a link to this thread to help explain the problem to the proper staff member.

Re: how do I get x10hosting to delete my file?

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention my account isn't the free one. It's the one that cost 20 a year? however, I don't believe my year is up yet, so I don't know why I can't sign in my cpanel anymore.

Like I mention earlier, I created a topic in the upgrade/change/etc and I believe my topic got deleted?
