Not recieving emails

Hi! I recommanded my friend to use this site as his hoster, however, he claims that he is not recieving any emails from x10. Upon linking his acount, he sees a text box which says: "Confirmation E-mail sent, please check your E-mail and follow the instructions." He has waited patiently for a day to recieve the email but his inbox is still empty. Any suggestions? His account username is: Cocacola
