    Politics + Oil

    Democrats are retarded, they will not allow offshore and Alaskan drilling for oil... how much must us American's pay before they realize that prices are too hi???

    The prices are already too high, hence why a lot of people I know have been doing their work over the internet. Right now in my area, it's $4.30 a gallon. But in all seriousness, if we can at least keep our spills and leaks under control, there should be no harm drilling near the continental plate.

    I agree that we need domestic drilling, as we'll reduce our dependence on oil from unstable nations. Additionally IF prices are lowered, we'll have a longer amount of time to develop efficient alternative sources

    USA prices aren't high... In the UK, it's £1.19/ltr, £5.41/gal, £4.51/gal(US), so $8.87 per U.S. gallon
