We have switched to a ticket system. Please look at the forum sidebar and click the link "Submit Ticket" and type in your problem. Your errors with your hosting account in the future will be solved that way.

Hey kkenny, I clicked on Submit Ticket and I clicked on Help Center on the top of the page, but nothing happens except that it takes me to the front page of the forums. I'm confused...Originally Posted by kkenny
