What does/doesn't count on my bandwidth usage?

    Hi

First off, I didnt know quite where to put this, so if its in the wrong forum, sorry.

So I know downloading files and images etc from the server all goes onto my bandwidth allowance, and everything on the site, but what about browsing cPanel and things? Does that count?

What about doing backups, does that count? Each backup weighs around 70MB ATM, so thats a pretty large chunk of bandwidth if it does.

    Thanks
    Alex

I don't think browsing cPanel counts as bandwidth usage, as I've seen at other hosts (which were paid, I managed a few sites for some people) when someone maxed out their bandwidth, they were still able to get into cPanel but they couldn't do much. x10 might be set up a bit different though.
