What you can do is transfer it to your bank account.
From there, you can do many things.
I think the fee is 50 cents to transfer.

I notice a lot of the new PPC sites are beginning to use AlertPay. It will be a matter of time until domain and webhosting companies start accepting this way of payment but in answer to your question, I'm actually really not sure. I haven't seen their logo on any websites.

Even paypal is not safe, thats what my bank told me.
I was trying to add some money to my paypal account via my debit card,which can be used to pay for a developers package here.
But when i enter my card information, the card was rejected, so i contacted my customer care.The explanation my bank gave me was that,they dont support paypal transactions due to some security holes.They also added that,"if i want to do some transaction via paypal,it should be done at my own risk".They dont take any risk.
So my paypal account still remains un-verfied.
My bank is ICICI (India).


Nothing in this world is completely safe.
The word safety is just a virtual thing, this is what i think.

I've never seen a problem with paypal.Even the real
banks make mistakes sometimes too.

PayPal, like anything computer based, isn't foolproof or 100% safe. It's uncommon for things to happen with it and they work hard to put issues right, but we're all only human after all, and we all make mistakes.
