Well for uploading your website i presume you want an ftp client. A free one that I use is filezilla

Since you are on the free servers you will need to disable multiple connections (Or you will be suspended for High Resource Usage).

I suggest getting firefox...
after getting firefox, download the fireftp plugin (available at addons.mozilla.org)...

or, instead of using firefox, try flock browser... flock has a lot of built in stuff life photo uploading stuff and other things that help you with things... ^^
most firefox addons are compatible with flock...

Notepad is also one of the good programs you may want to use if your building your site from scratch.
