    Yes it will work both ways, Energy = Mass x The Speed of Light (300,000 KM/S) Squared there for Mass x Speed of Light Squard = Energry

    LOL Math is confusing, I know, but this is one of the things I know for a fact and it doesn't matter what side the equation is on and the answer. However, if there are prenthesis, that's probably where you're getting the confusion.
