Lucid Dreaming

What do you think of lucid dreaming? A good way of dreaming or a bad way of dreaming?

From what I've heard you can control yourself while lucid dreaming. I have also wanted to lucid dream or I think I have had lucid dreaming before. Anyways post what you think of lucid dreaming.

I've done that before, and I've gone to an extent to even interact inside of my dream somehow, where it went from a normal dream to a form such as daydreaming. It can be a good thing and bad thing, depeneding on how you control yourself and the like.

Back to topic: Nice, the wish for is if I could lucid dream everyday. But I'm afraid that I would lose control of it and start creating scary dreams.
