hmmmmm. Make one where you can discuss and submit your personal websites. And have a forum/wiki with tips on how to make your website better and more popular :P. + Don't allow things-you-can-earn-money-on sites. They are ruining it.

yes you know how annoying that is? The ones who spam most on the internet is auto-insurance-site owners.

Most of the things I see on the internet are Viagra spam or Canadian Pharmacies. Don't know why they spam Viagra when there's commercials all over TV for Viagra.
