iPhone 3G Hot or Not

Apple's iPhone officially launched in India today ... for a whooping 830$ for 16GB and 720$ for 8GB...

Well i am not buying this stuff because its way to costly compared to USA ..that is 199$ for 8GB

but I have a question ... is it just the HYPE or iPhone is really hot piece of gadget one should own ....

and whats the alternative for iPhone .. you recommend

It is hyped, but it also is quite useful as a smart phone. However I too think it is too expensive, as you have to pay for the phone as well as an expensive data plan.

I'm sticking with T-mobile service and a simple free flip phone as I have no need to stay connected to the internet 24/7

too advanced and expensive for me. And it has a bug that it wont work with 3G in Sweden...

I'm not getting anything from Apple. I'm sticking with my $100 Nokia 2125.

my band instructor and my mom has one. i like it due to the fact i use it 80% of the time, its a ipod and a phone fused together, and the fact that my mom works at ATT, we get free internet. so yeah, I like it. Its not that crappy mobile internet either. It's any browser of your choice. (I got firefox on it.)

on my opinion, uhh, no.... why? coz its a new phone and there is still a small software library..

and oh, its not symbian.. :p

Only 2MP camera another hell with no flash light
Can't use bluetooth headphone for music its a LOL
Can't use bluetooth with COMP its a f**king f**cker Mobile phone
