What a ToS should contain.

The title says it all. I just wanted to know if there is like a sample ToS that I can use and edit the info for my website?

Basically, a ToS should state what the user can and cannot do on a site. Also, if your site allows uploading, it should specifically state that illegal content and certain other types of content cannot be uploaded.

Expectancy what I would need from a ToS but doesn't that take a lot time typing all of that text?

Typing and time all depends on your typing speed. If you know the keyboard very well and you can type quickly, it won't take any more than a few minutes if you know what you are exactly going to type.
