Would it also include "Interactive Art"? (Games, etc...)
I would love a place to "hang" with other creative minds.

A video from YouTube can still be counted as illegal. Yeah, Google heavily moderates YouTube, but since thousands of videos are uploaded daily, it's impossible to keep the site clean of illegal material. The best thing for users to do which they don't is to flag the content. Means faster servers for us and less of Google getting sued by the RIAA/MPAA, Viacom, etc because of people's carelessness.
