data entry/ admin/ virtual support - good source?

hi i need to find work for a friend for administrative support /data entry

tried in get a freelancer and elance but no look. she saw a site about $50 registration and tehn can earn ... but are there for real? why cant they just give u some work and if u do a sample well start paying - as u r not bidding just doing standard data entry ? example http://www.smartdataentry.com/

anyway do u all know of any site that gives out work - on or offline data entry AND does not cost more than $20 to start getting work or is free for providers? thanks

Never ever fall for anything that you have to pay for; they are all scams. Try http://www.odesk.com and other such sites for freelancers.
