Im totally new to paypal eventhough i have an account for 2 years
any one please tell me can we use debit card instead of credit for transaction purposes via paypal?

Yeah debit cards can be used instead of credit card.
But you cant add your debit card, since your are from India.I tried adding quite a lot of Indian debit card,none of them worked.

Paypal decided to give me £1 the other day - just because I made an account and didn't use it for ages...

I belive everyone got that. I got 15 SEK from paypal with no reason (15 SEK ~ £1.2)

can you please tell me ,is it possible to exchange money from paypal without veryifying the account because i dont have any credit or debit card.but i want to engage with performancing ad company i think they provide paypal transfer only and not real money(im not sure) thats why am asking that is it possible to receive and send money using a paypal account which is not verified using credit or debit card.

No you can use money without verifying your account
my account is also unverified. you can use your money where the paypal account is accepted.
