Paypal Account Usage-Urgent please

Please tell that can someone able to transfer me money through paypal even if have an account which is not verified with a credit or debit card number.

• can i able to draw it any bank of my wish? or
• just able to do online transactions with some other having paypal account or
• can't able to do anything!!

I need this info as soon as possible so its really worth replying truthful answer.

Yes they can send you money from an unverified account, but I belive it costs extra

2.5% if your main currency isn't $ and you gain $, and 5.4% too if the sender pays with a credit card instead of paypal funds.

So if youur main currency isnt USD, and the sender sends USD with a card, it would be a 7.9% fee on it.

Yes you can use the funds to buy products online as long as they accept PayPal payments.

No problem....I am using paypal to help me with a lot of things I do online, I can't use anything else but that....hate credit cards and as far as it goes with the paypal fees...it is better (lower) then many other companies out there.
