Butterscotch

Has anyone here ever made or eaten home made butterscotch? It is much nicer than the real stuff.

Although someone just managed to rip out one of their molars on mine :S I don't think I cooked it for long enough :D

Ow, ripping out the molars has to be a huge problem for them now, plus that had to hurt. Otherwise, I've never had it nor will I be able to eat Butterscotch right now. I do eat many other home made things though.

Yeah, I think I've had some before. I think everything tastes better when it's homemade than manufactured.

I've never had butterscotch before... though I've tasted the butterscotch dum-dums. Is it like a caramel texture?

Werther's Original make very nice butterscotch. But not the best.

What language do you speak? You speak English well, by the way. I couldn't tell.

Seem to me it's more like kolasås At least from reading that wikipedia link and checking a recipe that they linked to.
