No kidding, last year I gave up on acomplishing my resolutions the day after I made them:laugh:

Read an article that it's actually detrimental to ones health to make resolutions.
Makes sense really; boils down to this:
1) Make Resolution
2) Fail to accomplish
3) Feel like a failure who is inadequate
4) Increased stress
5) Health drops thanks to increased stress

I'm doing good so far on my resolution. It's to be like, less angry and more optimistic (I'm pretty optimistic, but you can never be too optimistic) and so far to friends, it's working, but not with family.
