    I found this site which offers you to make your mp3/wav sound files louder!
    Just upload your music file, select radio button :
    Light / Loud / Louder / Loudest

    make any song very, very, very loud.
    upload an mp3 and get your song.

    Right now the site doesn't even want to load, so I assume it's just busy right now. I'll check it out as soon as it manages to load.

    I believe this site is just trying to collect mp3 for other uses.
    I could be wrong, but that is the way it looks.
    Usually you would need to use a program to do such a task.
    A friend of mine told me a few programs and that itunes does something similar.

    wtf. I did it and my song lost all of the bass and just has like a guy screaming.
