    How do people get titles such as x10 sophomore and lieutenants ?

    It changes depending on how many posts you have made (we're both still at, or near the bottom level ;) )

    Staff can change their titles to whatever they want.

    You get Sophmore on completing 100 posts and Lieutenant on 250 posts.
