I think because we don't have the means to moderate sites in those languages.

yes, that's the way I figured it, they only allow for english, spanish (and I think it's one more) because they can't check the sites content in another language.

However you can actually have any language you want, IF there's a full translation into one of the above mentioned languages.

At least that is what I've heard.
