Really stressed out

This whole thing has me stressed out. I don't understand why I have to go back and forth and back and forth to find anything here at x10. I cannot figure out where the Unsuspend option is located that is talked about in the forums. This layout or skin or whatever it's called is so blasted confusing!! Please, help me unsuspend my account so I can move it to another host. I will not stress out over this any more!
