Maya vs Cinemea4D vs Poser7 vs 3dsMax vs blender

Now i was just wondering who uses what as sort of a poll.

But I also want to ask if I was to start learning which one would be best for the long learn in 3D for different things like animation(characters,objects), rigging etc. Its too time consuming to learn more then one.

And is there any difference in quality of results?

I have tried to use most of them, but i lost interest in them after one try as i couldnt devote much time to learn it. But from my experience i will vote for MAYA.

3Ds Max is far the simplest one. It's great for learning and at the same time really powerful.

Very Nice so far it seems like there are more Maya fans here, I have seen some artist work done on Cinema 4d which looked pretty impressive.
If anyone has seen Montyoum's Death Fantasy Part 1 and 2, I believe he uses Maya and Poser. So its pretty hard decide when it comes down to it.
Link iz pretty good, i remember doing Autodesk long time ago in school but at that time there waz no focus on Real 3D we had to learn about "Z"

I say any Autodesk program.

You can not compare Maya and 3Ds Max, they are the same company and are made for different tasks.

True that, but you can compare Autodesk to other programs.

I've tried most of them and I personally like Cinema 4D the most and currently use it. It is by far the easiest to use and at the same time very powerful. Blender is not bad but requires some time to get used to its interface. Maya is the hardest and has a very steep learning curve I think.
