I just uploaded a .html with the name "index" and then i try to open the page and nothing.
can you help me?

You have to upload the file in your public_html folders. Once that is done, you can try your url to find if the page is being displayed.

If you are familiar with it you could look in cpanel file manager to see if your index.html files is there.

and 2 more files: tmp and acess-logs
i go to cPanel File Manager, and then Web Root (public_htm/www), uploaded my html with the name index.html.

and my page is not working:
