Get an Iphone. The only feature that you're looking for that it doesn't have is expandable memory, and you can just get the 16G version so you won't have any need to upgrade.

I think you need to update your budget by 1k or 2k to get good features and which will be available in the market for long. i suggest you to go for HTC.
