Anytime you sign up for more than one service at X10, you are given another CPanel. Since you're on a paid server, you can create a free account and have another CPanel. However, you cannot access one account from another, nor can you link both to the same domain.

Currently you have no any cpanel account linked with your forum .Since you are vip user you can have two cpanel accounts,One (or more) Paid and the other Free. Just sign up for another FREE cpanel account and link it with your forum account Hermoine22.
